Keisha’s background as a nurse practitioner as well as her own personal experience with excessive hair growth, inspired her to open a laser hair removal business, specifically focused on skin of color, and people who have dealt with hormonal issues. Because of her medical background and personal experience, she is able to provide more holistic and sustainable support, where people feel seen and heard in their struggles with body hair. Because there are not many women of color in this space, her business has grown significantly and there is a huge demand for the services she provides.
